Co-operative's social bodies are:

•The President •The Assembly of Members •The Board of Directors

 

The President

He's the sole signer and legal agent for society in relation to outside parties and on trial.

He can receive every amount of money from private persons and Public Administrations and he can give receipts.

He calls and presides over meetings on the Board of Directors.

 

The Asembly of Members

The main task of the assembly is to direct the activity of society, to approve the budget plan and the final balance, to nominate social offices.

Each cooperator member has got a vote, regardless of his share capital. Only financing members are an exception to this rule, as the certificate of incorporation gives them one third of all members' votes.

 

The Board of Directors

It realizes the operative administration of co-operative, executes and decides administrative acts in range of directions and rules established by the assembly of members.

It's composed of nine persons elected among cooperator members. Also financing members can be elected members of the Board, provided that the two thirds of Board is composed of cooperator members.

The Board of Directors is renewed every three years ad its members are
re-eligible.
